As the General Manager of Client Services, Ali leads the service delivery function at Allan Technology. His accountability encompasses Managed Services, Project Delivery, System Integration and Network/System Infrastructure. His passion and rich experience in Strategy, Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management, Commercial Acumen and Business Transformation is complementary to Allan Tech’s objective of delivering High Service Standards to our clients and maintaining a culture of Positive Customer Experience.

Technical Team Lead

Working with Allan Technology for over a decade, Omar leads the technical consulting arm of the business as the Chief Technology Officer – driving innovation and leveraging new technologies for our clients with His extensive experience in the IT industry spans around 15 years in different government projects and Giant tech companies throughout the world. His passion for technology is evident in his vision coupled with his risk-aware implementation approaches.
He is Certified Microsoft, Cisco, VMWARE and PMP professional and well versed with managing OPEX and CAPEX expenditures of IT budgets and implementing ISO standards in IT department of Govt and Financial sectors. He has successfully managed multiple IT Infrastructure Projects including financial sectors, NSW Govt. Sectors and construction companies experience in End User management and managing SLAs as well as AMCs.

FUN FACT:
Omar loves playing cricket with his son who is playing in Australian local U16 team nowadays and he is a proud father and have an ambition to help his son to fulfill his dream to play for Australian Cricket team one day.

Technical Project Manager

I’ve Worked in multiple companies right after my professional degree ended. Most importantly I have learned how to work in a competent team and environment, how to communicate and how to learn from them.
Starting with a textile company’s IT Department. Where I had a chance to learn about a no of .NET based software and web development handling. Further adding diversity in my experience I had developed .NET based software for semi government company. Last but not the least I am gaining experience as an Android Developer in a well reputed company. Here I have learned how to build any mobile application from scratch and manage databases.
